Visitors enter the showroom through a dark entrance area: Here, multimedia strips display crucial questions in life that Zurich addresses with its products. At the "Tree of Competence" in the central area, visitors use interactive fluorescent bars to discover Zurich's five core values and to activate the showroom. Once all values have been activated, the wall opens up to reveal the actual communication surfaces.


With the showroom and its exclusive interior design, TRIAD Berlin created a solution that allows Zurich to present its products and services to different target groups – including (prospective) employees, clients, journalists, politicians, and some 7,000 annual visitors.
