A New Driving Experience

Triad Berlin created a nation-wide road show to brush up the theoretical knowledge of Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge's sales staff about the Crafter as well as to develop concrete selling points and sales strategies.

Participating in theory sessions, comparative races, and an Eco Driving Training, salespeople received extensive information on the qualities of the Crafter. In 17 Crafters equipped with special measurement systems, salespeople drove the same route twice, accompanied by their personal ECO trainer from Volkswagen Driving Experience. After they had driven the route without special instructions, they drove it again and received direct and easy-to-implement tips to optimize their fuel economy. This helped participants reduce their fuel usage by up to 30 percent.

 

Providing an intense experience, the event allowed participants to learn from experts and to improve their sales skills by communicating their new knowledge to potential buyers.
