Urban Age 2006

Triad Berlin was asked to conceive and produce the two-day final congress of the worldwide „Urban Age“ series of congresses on urban development. Triad designed an unusual room-within-a-room concept for high-calibre leading executives from the political, media, science and cultural sectors, including the Federal Chancellor, Frank Schirrmacher and Sir Norman Foster. Clear communication axes ensured the visitors’ active integration from each perspective into the participants’ dialogue.

Evening Event

350 selected guests were invited to the exclusive gala dinner at Postbahnhof following the congress. Light installations, developed by Triad Berlin, merged with the building’s historic charm to produce a special atmosphere. Large-scale image projections of urban mobility networks and an exhibition of the megacities’ population models repeated the congress subjects. The small bars provided lots of space for further exchange and personal talks.
