Hilti Farewell
Triad Berlin devised and realised an emotional farewell event for the retirement of the three Hilti CEOs Michael Hilti, Pius Baschera and Egbert Appel. 800 colleagues from 50 countries were flown in. They welcomed their bosses from the auditorium with standing ovations when they unknowingly entered the stage from backstage and the curtain suddenly rose. After that, there was a culinary and artistic discovery trip through four continents – a reference to the company’s global positioning. The specially produced films also served to make the event a lasting memory for the protagonists and all other participants.
Film production
During the evening, Triad Berlin shot material and produced three very personal 40-minute films for the three protagonists. The films were handed over to them at their official retirement in Vaduz. They showed the protagonists together with their colleagues at various stops of the staged trip around the world.
