Customer 2010

Axel Springer AG’s one-day management conference “Customer 2010” served long-term targets of customer orientation and cultural change within the group. For the conference, Triad Berlin took up the main subjects of “digitalization” and “tomorrow’s customer”. Via a message board, programmed accordingly, the 450 participating executives were able to visibly communicate with each other via text messages and mails.

Online communication

An online registration platform was devised and realized to build on the approaches to solutions which had been formulated at the conference. This enabled participating staff to have an exchange on the subjects of the conference beforehand. Several questions regarding the conference had to be solved. The results were integrated into the conference agenda.
