Between 2005 and 2007, Triad Berlin advised to Deutsche Telekom AG regarding of reputation management as a strategic instrument of company communication. As part of this on-going process, the unique T-City corporate citizenship project was conceived in cooperation with the chairman of the board and the head of corporate communication. With this innovative city project, Deutsche Telekom AG presented the additional benefit of up-to-date information and communication technologies (ICT) for society. T-City Friedrichshafen’s next hands-on generation laboratory provided experience of the improvement in quality of life and location created by innovative, user-oriented ICT applications. At the same time, efficiency and the innovative force of all corporate units of Deutsche Telekom AG were drawn together and presented. With a project of up to EUR 115 million and a budget project of five years, T-City is one of the world’s largest corporate citizenship projects. During the initial 18 months, Triad Berlin was responsible for the competition in which the cities for T-City were selected as well as the project design set-up stragety.
