eMo moves Berlin
During the 4th Berlin economic conference on November 4, 2010, the Berlin Agency for electric mobility (eMo) was introduced to the public. Simultaneously the eMO website was published. Triad Berlin developed the site on behalf of Berlin Partner.
eMo combines the expertise of academia, industry and politics in the German capital region. Electro mobility stands for environmentally friendly and sustainable technology, for independence from fossil fuels and a better quality of life in cities due to less noise and pollution. The federal government plans to make Germany the market leader of this industry. The aim is to have one million electric cars on the streets by 2020. As part of the master plan “Industry City Berlin 2010-2020“ the establishment of eMo is a milestone on Berlins path towards becoming the capital of green economy.
