Managing Director Triad Berlin
Born in 1962 in Hamburg, Stefan Kleßmann finished his community service at the railway mission and then came to Berlin to study information science, religious studies, and philosophy. He lived in New York for two years, among others as a DAAD scholar and a doctoral student at New York University.
After finishing his dissertation in 1989, Stefan Kleßmann was an adult education lecturer and participated in setting up a courier service company. In 1995, he became director of British Airways Berlin; from 1996 onwards, he worked as a company consultant and became increasingly involved in the creation and development of Triad Berlin.
The focus of Stefan Kleßmann’s work is internal and external consulting for the development of larger projects, the development and implementation of financing models and of marketing strategies, as well as integrated project development and structuring which includes operational and logistical requirements. In these functions, Stefan Kleßmann participated in almost every project ever realized by Triad Berlin.
Currently, Stefan Kleßmann is busy advising the German Soccer Foundation on how to develop their
Soccer Museum in an integrated and sustainable way. He is also engaged in consulting activities in the Arabic countries, particularly for the Prince Salman Science Oasis in Riyad and for the Ministry of Education of Saudi Arabia.
When he isn’t working, Stefan Kleßmann enjoys sports, gardening, and spending time with his three children.
