China’s largest real estate company – Vanke – commissions Triad to develop a future vision for the Vanke headquarters. Vanke has taken over a leading role when it comes to planning and realizing energy-conserving and environmentally friendly apartments. More than half of all structures in China that are in accordance with the Green Standard have been constructed by Vanke. One highlight project of the real estate giant is the company’s headquarters in Shenzhen. Conceived by star architect Stephen Holl, the “horizontal skyscraper” constitutes a prime example that sustainable building and spectacular designs are not mutually exclusive.

Triad is in the process of developing a „Vanke Experience Center“ for the Vanke Center in Shenzhen. Covering a floor space of 4,000 square meters, it will provide visitors with the opportunity to experience the philosophy and the ethos of the company on an emotional level. The “Experience Center” will be integrated into an holistic “Vanke Future Center”, which is bound to become a national and international lighthouse project as regards ethics, sustainability, and a new form of responsibility in today’s China.
